At this time, we are only accepting applications for our Day Services (Day Habilitation, Community Development Services) Virtual Supports, Employment Services, Behavior Support Services and in our Community Services Program Personal Supports Services. Personal Supports Services are currently only accepting applications for those interested in a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Visits, tours, and meetings are by appointment only. We cannot accept walk-ins.
The general timeline of our admissions process:
The admissions process begins upon receipt of your inquiry, at which point we will discuss the services you are interested in.
You will be asked to complete a set of screening questions to help us assess whether Itineris is the right fit for your needs.
Upon submission of your responses, we will provide you with the full application and a checklist of requested documentation. These are reviewed by the relevant department directors, as well as by the Admissions Committee, during our regularly scheduled admissions meetings.
Should the decision be made to proceed, we will invite you for 1-2 program-based visit days, as well as 1-2 community-based visit days at a location of your choice. We prefer for visit days to take place approximately 3-6 months prior to your eligibility and/or projected start date with Itineris. If you are submitting an early application, please allow time for us to reach this window so that we are not completing visits too far in advance.
After the visit days, the Admissions Committee will reconvene to make a final decision regarding your application. However, if at any stage you feel that Itineris is not the right fit, please inform us, as we prioritize finding the best fit for all applicants, whether with Itineris or another provider.
Given the thorough nature of our admissions process, please expect up to 6 months for us to complete the evaluation and reach a final decision. We offer admissions on a rolling basis, and due to limited openings, we ensure that each application is handled with care and attention.
