We are currently accepting applications for our Meaningful Day, Personal Supports, Behavior Support Services, and Workforce Services. Our residential program is currently closed for admissions; however, we anticipate reopening it in the near future.

Visits, tours, and meetings are by appointment only. We cannot accept walk-ins.
The general timeline of our admissions process:
The admissions process begins upon receipt of your inquiry, at which point we will discuss the services you are interested in. Following this, you will be asked to complete a set of screening questions to help us assess whether Itineris is the right fit for your needs. Upon submission of your responses, we will provide you with the full application.
Once we receive your completed application, it will be reviewed by the relevant department directors as well as by the Admissions Committee during our quarterly meetings (held in June, September, December, and March). Should the decision be made to proceed, we will invite you for 1-2 visit days at our facility, as well as 1-2 community visit days at a location of your choice.
After the visit days, the Admissions Committee will reconvene to make a final decision regarding your application. However, if at any stage you feel that Itineris is not the right fit, please inform us, as we prioritize finding the best fit for all applicants, whether with Itineris or another provider.
Given the thorough nature of our admissions process, please expect up to 6 months for us to complete the evaluation and reach a final decision. We offer admissions on a rolling basis, but due to limited openings, we ensure that each application is handled with care and attention.
