The purpose of Project H.I.R.E. is to match the skills, talents, and interests of adults on the autism spectrum to employers in need of staff with those attributes. We work with employer partners to help them understand that individuals on the spectrum are just as capable as other workers.

According to the latest statistics, approximately 80% of talent on the spectrum is unemployed or underemployed. Itineris’ goal is to make employment for individuals on the autism spectrum the norm and not the exception.
