Learning About Autism
We offer training and consultation from the most basic level through advanced concepts and philosophy. Examples include:
Autism 101
Beginner-level training that focuses on learning the basics about autism spectrum disorder.
Intersectionality and Autism
Intermediate-level training that focuses on intersectional identities and co-occurring considerations (e.g., racial identity, gender identity, dual diagnoses, etc.).
Neurodiversity Affirming Practices:
Advanced-level training that focuses on philosophy, history, neurodiversity as a social justice movement, and topics related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
These trainings are designed for families, professionals, and community members. Most often, we conduct these trainings with other agencies (e.g., DDA Service providers), businesses (e.g., workplaces that wants to expand training for all employees on autism), and community organization (e.g., clubs, schools, gyms, etc.) that want to expand their understanding of autism. $150/hour for the first session. Multiple-session packages will include an individualized proposal based on the frequency and duration of the consultation.

We offer trainings to organizations and businesses looking to recruit, hire, and retain neurodiverse employees.
Navigating Transition and Adulthood
We offer training and consultation on a variety of topics related to the transition to adulthood and the adulthood experience of autistic people. Although everyone’s experience and circumstances are unique, examples include:
Career Development
Working with high-school students and young adults to explore strengths, preferences, and skills related to employment. We use our signature curriculum, which is included in this package.
Pre-Vocational Training
Working with high-school students and adults to explore basic foundational skills that can be used in functional community settings. We use our signature curriculum, which is included in this package.
Health, Relationships, and Sexuality
teens and adults on the autism spectrum are sexual creatures too. We use our signature curriculum to explore health (e.g., hygiene and self-care), relationships (e.g., consent, boundaries, healthy friendships), and sexuality (e.g., gender and sexual identity, self-exploration, and consensual sexual relationships). Lessons and chapters can be included and/or excluded based on the needs of the audience (e.g., focus on consent, boundaries, and health friendships, but no interest in dating or sexual relationships).
These training are designed for professionals who work with autistic teens and adults in related areas. Most often, these trainings are conducted with schools and teachers, other service providers, and organizations who are already providing similar services (e.g., a community group focused on employment or social relationships). We have been hired by multiple schools for the entire school year to work on site and in the classrooms with student and teachers on a regular basis to assist and lead the implementation of the curriculum (e.g., assessments, plan development and writing, implementation with students, and data collection and analysis).
$100 for the purchase of the curriculum. $150/hour for the first training or consultation session. Multiple-session packages will include an individualized proposal based on the frequency and duration of the consultation.
Behavioral and Mental Health for Autistic Adults
We offer training and consultation on a variety of topics related to behavioral and mental health for adults on the autism spectrum. Examples include:
Introduction to Behavioral Psychology:
Beginner-level training that focuses on learning theory and tuning into environmental and social contingencies.
Teaching Strategies and Interventions:
intermediate-level training that focuses on putting learning theory into practice. This includes an overview of strategies and accessible evidenced-based interventions and practices to take away and implement on your own.
Adapting ACT, DBT, and CBT for Individuals on the Spectrum:
advanced-level training for licensed clinicians who are looking to learn how to adapt their therapeutic skills and practices to serve a neurodiverse audience.
Crisis Prevention and Response
advanced-level training for professionals and team members trained in Mandt (or equivalent certification) to focus on crisis prevention and response strategies to keep individuals on the autism spectrum safe during the most challenging moments.
These trainings are designed for professionals who work with individuals on the autism spectrum in a therapeutic capacity. Examples include Meaningful Day Programs, Residential Programs, Community Programs, Schools, or other services providers. $150 - $300/hour for the first session. Multiple-session packages will include an individualized proposal based on the frequency and duration of the consultation.

Beginner-level training that focuses on utilizing principles and practices from positive psychology and organizational behavior management to improve performance and workplace culture and relationships.

intermediate-level training for front-line supervisors, managers, directors, and c-suite executives on bringing out the best in your employees, holding people accountable using a positive, relationship-focused approach, and using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Brush Up
This is a hands-on, collaborative teambuilding experience for all employees! Let us lead you and your team though fun and engaging activities, which focus on soft skills such as communication, perspective taking, emotional regulation, trust, and healthy conflict.
These trainings are designed for leaders at all levels of the organization. Brush up is a collaborative teambuilding experience accessible to and for all team members. This is a great option for your staff training day, professional development, or other team collaboration event. $150 - $300/hour for the first session. Multiple-session packages will include an individualized proposal based on the frequency and duration of the consultation.
