Hello and thank you for your interest in Itineris! We are currently accepting applications for our Meaningful Day, Personal Supports, Behavior Support Services, and Workforce Services. Our Residential program is currently closed for admissions, though we hope to have it open soon!

We do not accept walk-ins. Visits, tours, and meetings are by appointment only.

The general timeline of our admissions process is as follows:

• -Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will agree on which services you are interested in applying for. We will then ask you to respond to a handful of screening questions that will help us determine next steps in your application process, and whether we are in agreement that Itineris is the place that can best support you and help you reach your goals. Once we have received your response to those screening questions, we will provide you our full application.

• Upon receipt of your complete application packet, each Director of the Department/s you are applying for will have an opportunity to review your application independently. Our Admissions Committee will also review your application as a team in our upcoming meeting (held quarterly in June, September, December, and March).

• If our Directors and Admissions Committee are in agreement about moving forward with your application, we will invite you to our building for 1-2 visit days, and also schedule 1-2 visit days with you in the community at your location of choice.

• Following your visit days, the Admissions Committee will gather again to decide on a final decision of whether to offer you a place at Itineris. However, the decision is not ours alone! If at any point you decide that Itineris is not the best fit for you, please do let us know. We want the best for all our applicants, whether that is with us or elsewhere.

As we have a relatively rigorous and thorough admissions process so that we can best understand your needs, please expect up to 6 months for us to process your application and make a final decision. We offer admissions on a rolling basis, and will not unnecessarily hold your application process up. We are committed to our process however, as Itineris is a small agency with a limited amount of openings at any given time.
